Shipping Costs:  Mel-co offers a flat shipping cost of $ 6.99 per order on most items.  Purchase as many items as you wish, and the shipping cost will not exceed $ 6.99.  
(Please note that there is a $ 250.00 maxmum on orders shipping for $ 6.99, we will contact you with additional shiping information on orders over $ 250.00)
There are a few exceptions to this policy.

1.  Some items, if purchased separately, are offered with "free shipping".  These items will be marked at the bottom of the item description with "Free Shipping on this item within the United States"

2.  Oversized and freight items.  Some items require the shipment by truck or freight service or are oversized.  In these instances, additional costs may apply.

Iowa residents, please include 7% sales tax with your payment.  

Most items ship within 2 - 5 business days of your order.


Returns/Exchanges: We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with the products and services that we have to offer at Mel-co

Our return policy has two parts.

1. We hope that you will Return to our Site to shop frequently.

2. In the event there is a problem, returns are accepted if you notify us within 3 days after receiving the item.

Returned items must be shipped to us within 7 days of receiving them.

Note that shipping and delivery charges are not refundable on returns.
